At the end of 2019, Grupo LOBE implemented a new way of communicating with its customers under the Salesforce CRM standard, which offers a quick and easy way for customers to notify incidents or send queries via their mobile phone or computer, with real-time information on their status.

The use of this tool has managed to streamline the procedures for communicating incidents and their management with the different contractors,
around 35%.
This platform makes data analysis much more effective and allows the resources available at any given time to be used to improve team results.
